Non Washington State residents;

For Students whos permanent resedency IS NOT THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, Click here or on the main link above and you will be directed to the College student site where you can get a quote and apply on line.

Washington State residents;

This Student Select plan is not available to Washington state residents as this time, however, you can apply for the short term medical coverage by clicking on this link. You can get a quote and purchase on line if you wish.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

Coverage is effective no sooner than midnight the date of the post mark by the US Postal Service. You may choose the effective date by filling it in on the application. It can be no earlier than the day following the canceled post mark.

PREMIUMS: 

• May be paid in full or on a monthly basis. 

• May be paid by check or credit card.  If paying by credit card, be sure to sign the card authorization box.
